Our Returns & Refunds Promise
At Seymour Kids Clothing, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Each item is chosen with care, and we hope you love it as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a generous and straightforward returns policy.
Our Promise to You
In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any item you are not completely happy with, provided you return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please make sure that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels are still attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty.
How to Make a Return
- Get in Touch: Please email us at hello@seymourkidsclothing.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item, including a note with your name and order number.
- Post Your Item: Please send your return to the address provided by our customer care team. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 working/business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our clothing. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@seymourkidsclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges.
