Welcome to Seymour Kids Clothing. Our story isn’t just about clothes; it’s about family, it’s about our beautiful island home of Jersey, and it’s about our wonderful son, George.
We are Paul and Josaline, and George is the heart and inspiration behind everything we do. George, our funny and curious little boy, experiences the world in a beautifully unique way, and he has autism. Through his eyes, we’ve learned what truly matters when it comes to children’s clothing. It is a lesson in pure comfort.
A scratchy label, a restrictive seam, a fabric that doesn’t feel soft against the skin—these are the details that can make or break a child’s day. Observing George, and understanding his need for softness and freedom, became our mission. We realised that what he needed was what every child deserves: clothing that is as comfortable as a cuddle, yet durable enough for any adventure.
This is why we take such personal care in what we do. We are not a large, faceless company; we are curators of comfort. We take the time to source the very best pieces, testing every fabric for softness and every design for its practicality. Every single item in our collection is a piece we would lovingly dress our own son in.
Our love for our island home is woven into the fabric of our brand. The ever-changing seas, the sandy coves, and the rugged cliff paths of Jersey are our constant inspiration. That is why our cosiest winter parkas are named The Corbière Parka, after the steadfast lighthouse that guards our shores, and why our smartest summer outfits are called The Plémont Explorer Set, ready for an adventure in our beautiful bays.
